A small deal desk for people who travel well.
Vacation Trip Deals started because finding a genuinely good travel deal had become a full-time job. Every search results page is the same recycled inventory, the same countdown clock, the same "was $4,200" that was never $4,200.
So we built the opposite: a short board of offers that have been read, checked and priced properly — cruises with real deposit terms, hotels with honest free-night rules, escorted tours where the meals and transfers are actually included.
David Connolly runs the deal desk. He reads the offers and checks the fine print before anything goes on the board, and when you email the desk, he is the one who answers.
Three checks before anything goes live
We read the fine print
Travel windows, blackout dates, deposit rules, what the "free" night actually requires. If the terms are ugly, the deal does not go up.
We check the real rate
Every card is compared against what the operator publishes directly. No inflated "was" prices, no countdown timers that reset.
You book with the seller named on the card
Every link names who takes the booking — the cruise line, hotel or tour operator, or the authorised reseller behind it. The booking and the payment happen on their site, not ours.
We are not the travel provider
Your booking contract is with the hotel, cruise line or operator. They handle payment, changes and refunds. We point you at the offer and stay out of the transaction.
We get paid by the operator
When you book through one of our links we may earn a commission. It never changes your price, and it never changes which deals we post.
We take corrections seriously
If an operator changes a rate or pulls an offer, tell us and we will fix or remove the card the same day. Email hello@davidtravel30.com.
Want your property on the board?
Hotels, cruise lines and tour operators can feature an offer on the board and in the twice-monthly email. The media kit and rate card are public, including what we do and do not know about the list.
The good deals,
before they sell out.
One email every other Thursday: the price drops, the free-night offers and the $99 deposits the deal desk would send its own family. Every card names who takes the booking, so you pay their published rate — never a marked-up one.
