The 25% is real but conditional: four nights minimum, travel before the end of 2026, and three days left to book it.

- A quarter off a winter beach rate is worth having only if you already have four nights in South Florida planned; otherwise the deadline is doing the persuading, not the price.

Book it if
You already have a reason to be in South Florida before New Year and four nights to fill. At $323 against a comparison rate of $431, four nights cost $1,292 instead of $1,724. That is $432 back — a rental car, a few dinners, the difference between a good week and a tight one.
You want the beach and not the strip. Fort Lauderdale Beach in December is warm enough to sit out and quiet enough to sleep, and the Conrad is the kind of property where the spa access in the listing is a genuine amenity rather than a towel and a locker.
Leave it if
You are choosing a destination rather than filling dates. The travel window runs to December 31st and stops there, and the listing warns that blackout dates may apply. The weeks you would actually want — Christmas, New Year, the boat show — are precisely the weeks a beach resort does not need to discount.
You want two nights. The minimum is four, and the discount is on the whole stay, so a short trip gets nothing.
You need certainty this week. Three days is not long enough to build a trip around an offer unless the trip was already half-built.
Four nights at $323 costs $1,292. Four at the comparison rate costs $1,724. That $432 is the whole offer.
The honest middle
$323 is a real rate for a beachfront Conrad and a fair one for the address. It is not a rate that changes a trip’s economics: over four nights you save $432, which is less than most people’s flights. The reason to take it is that you were going anyway.
Three days is the part that decides it. A deadline that short is doing the persuading, and a four-night commitment made in three days is a commitment made without checking whether the blackout calendar leaves you a window at all. If you have the dates, book. If you are booking to avoid missing out, that is the wrong reason, and the blackout line is where it will catch you.
The verdict is skip, and it is a skip with a condition attached: skip it unless the dates already exist. Four winter nights in Fort Lauderdale at a quarter off is a good thing to have. It is a poor thing to invent.
